Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC service
Specialization: Proficient in condensing boiler systems, WiFi thermostats, inverter AC & heat pumps
Additional Skills: Installation experience with furnaces, boilers, AC systems, & hot water heaters is a plus
Personality: Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
Sales Approach: No hard sales required; focus on repair and replacement options, offer club memberships, and provide advisory services
