We are looking for a passionate HVAC Service Technician with excitement for growth and who will strive to produce an effortless and stress-free experience for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Strong decision-making abilities, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
• Experience with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of technical devices(smart phone, tablet, iPad, etc.)
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

• Valid Driver License (non-expired)
• EPA Type II (Preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any mechanical based degree or technical program
• Experience in Service Titan

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Building & maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and co-workers
• Inspecting and performing repairs on heating and cooling equipment
• Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
• Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
• Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
• Determine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobs
• Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicle
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
• Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations
• Order repair parts through approved vendors

Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday optional overtime when needed)
On-call rotation – 1 day a week, 1 weekend every 7 weeks
