A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT HVAC INSTALLER

As an Assistant HVAC Installer, you’re eager to learn! You come to work each day with a positive attitude, ready to improve your skills. Always attentive to detail, you watch as our experienced HVAC technicians demonstrate the proper installation process. As you assist them and help increase their efficiency, they mentor and train you.

Alongside your HVAC technicians, you skillfully install various systems, including mini split systems, hydronic boilers, electric furnaces, forced air furnaces, and more. Additionally, you learn how to effectively communicate and build rapport with our clients. You love learning something new each day!

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license
• Communication skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This entry-level position is full-time and typically works 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with some extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday work.
