The CSR/Dispatcher position is our customer’s first impression and is an essential part of daily life in our office. The CSR/Dispatcher will be to be polite, professional, have great customer service skills, and be assertive to the customer’s needs. In addition, the CSR must be an upbeat, sales-minded individual able to sell the Platinum Plumbing difference to our customers over the phone.

The right person for this position is self-motivated with a high attention to detail, is able to function under pressure and work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Platinum Level Customer Service to every customer!

• Answer incoming calls and return missed calls to schedule and maintain customer appointments.

• Use systems and processes in place to maintain Platinum Plumbing standards for all interactions and duties.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Maintain call log accurately.

• Schedule jobs.

• Provide information about the products and services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

• Document and update customer records based on interactions.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

• Monitor preventative maintenance contracts and arrange schedules for service at specified intervals.

• Provide support for office tasks as related to business operations.

• Outbound calls and cold calls to current clients and local area businesses.

• Prioritize and dispatch technicians and other dispatching tasks

• Communicate with customers to keep them notified of any rescheduling needed as early as possible.

• Verify and communicate finance application approvals with field personnel or assist customers with finance applications during process if needed.

• Input job data into daily reports, send reports out to field personnel and management.

• Coordinate to reschedule jobs, follow-ups, send estimates, etc. according to technician notes and details.

• Verify that the technicians have been uploading their receipts, checks, job notes, and photos in the system as well as collecting money and are sending a paid receipt to a customer.

• Complete outbound “Happy Calls” to ensure customer satisfaction after job completion.

• Accurately record and send referral cards.

• Other clerical and office related duties.

• This position will have expanding responsibilities as the company grows and office needs




Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be an independent thinker

• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Communicate effectively with customers and entire Team

• Ability to learn new software and use the software effectively to meet the needs of the business.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to assimilate to different software systems

• Reliable Transportation.

• Pass a background check and Drug Screen.

• Must work in a professional conduct.

• Be a Team Player

• Proven customer support experience

• Track record of over achieving


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16/hour plus weekly incentives

Schedule: •Monday- Friday -day shift

Education: • High school or equivalent

Experience: • Microsoft Office, computer skills, phone system (Housecall Pro software, a plus)

Plumbing Dispatcher: 1 year (Preferred)
