We are looking to hire a lead installer for residential and light commercial HVAC change outs. We need someone who can take charge on the job and manage the crew that is on the job effectively and efficiently.

Need to be able to troubleshoot any issues that might arise while on the job.

Need to have a valid and clean driving record.

Need to have customer service skills as you will be communicating with the customer.

Needs to be EPA certified.

Minimum of 3 years on the job expeierence as a lead guy.
