For that reason, we keep our Regional Managers’ portfolio load smaller than the industry standard and expect our staff to be on property frequently. Many of our Regional Managers and Regional Vice Presidents hold advanced certifications such as Certified Property Manager® and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor.
