Palmer Services is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Texas. Palmer Services was founded by Richard Palmer who holds a current Masters Electrical License in the State of Texas, an Air Conditioning Contractors License in the State of Texas as well as Private Security License in the State of Texas. Richard Palmer has managed and operated several successful businesses which included M3 Heating and Air, M3 Construction, Slocum Electric and Palmer Electric and Air Conditioning and has gained extensive experience in the construction, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing business.  Palmer Services employees Hector Rivera as the Responsible Master Plumber for the Business
