About the Company

Established in 1980 by owner Dan Peterson, his vision was to create a successful HVAC residential business where employees can find their full potential by providing training, motivation and direction. The rest is up to the individual as to what they can achieve by applying a great work ethic and willingness to learn and grow. There are no limits to what you can achieve here. Our average employee tenure is 23 years, with almost no turnover which shows how much our people love working here.  With the addition of an electrical department (Power Now) and a plumbing department (Plumber Now) there are opportunities to cross train and earn additional certifications and licenses under one roof.  We pride ourselves on providing first class customer service and are always looking to provide that 5 start experience!  If you are looking for a place to grow, earn a great living for yourself and your family and are willing to work hard at it, we want to talk to you!
